Every product is different. Some are soft and irregular, such as an acupressure mat, while others contain technical details or precise shapes, such as an orthopaedic back brace. That is why we combine 3D scanning, 3D modelling from photographs and CAD data conversion, choosing the method that makes the most sense for each product.
This flexibility allows us to create an interactive 3D model of almost any product, regardless of its shape, material or intended use.
For example, for LyfeFocus, a manufacturer of health and wellness products, we processed both a soft acupressure mat and a Posture Corrector with plastic supports. Each model was created using a different method, but the result was consistent: accurate, optimised and ready for the web, AR or a 3D Configurator.
